According to the introduction of this video İ feel like the video will give us facts, and with those facts we will somehow take action. The difference of 160 calories in almonds and 160 calories in soda is that in the soda there is loads of sugar and unnatural ingredients that make up the 160 calories, but in the almonds there are lots of vitamins proteins etc. So the difference between both calories are that on of the 160 calories are better for you than the other 160 calories. When you eat sugar your body gets very high-per and energetic, but when your body is out of energy your energy drops down immediately which causes you to be very tired and sleepy. People think ‘low fat’ foods are healthy because they have low fat in them, but the secret behind the good tasting ingredients are mostly sugar.
